Life Coaching & Yoga Coaching
The coaching sessions I offer (in Leicester but also via Skype) are both for yoga students and for clients who are not practicing any yoga or meditation.
As a coach, I help clients to
- formulate and answer their life questions
- discover their purpose, goals, vision and passion
- awaken their inner potential
- stay focused
- look honestly at their old patterns and unconscious behaviours and confront these
- work through the blockages (be they physical, mental, or emotional) that almost inevitably come up along the way of self-transformation and inner growth.
Those clients who are practicing yoga will have noticed that when you start doing yoga and meditation, and especially a yoga so deeply transformational as Kundalini Yoga, you rapidly start growing in awareness. This often brings with it growing pains and a sense that certain changes are called for in your life, without a clear picture of what these might be. Without someone by your side to coach and help you through this process of transformation, you might feel confused and overwhelmed. A coach can help, guide and direct you so you can move through this phase with more ease and the inner confusion can make place for clarity and a deep sense of purpose.
My mission is to empower people, coach them in their personal journey, help them take back the responsibility for their life, all the while with the understanding that there is a flow to the Universe that we need to learn to trust if we want to truly find joy, health, ease and balance (Sahej) in our lives.
I am an experienced yoga teacher and teacher trainer, life coach and yoga coach. I am trained in yogic teachings, humanology, life coaching & NLP, and I have a background in coaching PhD students along their PhD trajectory during my 10 year career in academia. In my coaching sessions I draw on this combination of experience and expertise.
Coaching is available face-to-face in Leicester or on Skype.
