On this page you can always find all information on any upcoming yoga workshops and retreats that I run both in the UK (Leicester, London, Coventry, Birmingham, ...) and in mainland Europe. Quite a few of these retreats take place in Villa Varia in Pellenberg, near Leuven, in Belgium. Since 2012, I have been running monthly to 6-weekly Kundalini Yoga retreats / workshops in Belgium on a range of different topics. These generally run from Friday morning to Sunday evening, and can be followed as a residential retreat or as a non-residential workshop. On most programmes participants can also come for 1 or 2 days instead of 3, although 3 days is always most strongly recommended to get the most out of the programme.
All information on theme, location, prices, etc. is in the downloadable folders for each retreat or workshop.
At the bottom of this page you can also find a list of topics that I have previously run 3-day programmes on. If you missed them, you can book a 5- or 10-class series of private classes (in person or via Skype) on any of these topics. You can also contact me to discuss me offering a 1-, 2- or 3-day workshop/retreat on any of these topics in your yoga studio or venue in the UK or Europe.
